Every great company starts with a problem nobody was solving well enough.
For us, it was watching a friend frantically try to find a safe way to get her aging golden retriever from Chicago to her new home in Denver after a cross-country job move. The options were awful — a terrifying cargo hold, a stressful 18-hour drive with a medically fragile dog, or leaving him behind temporarily. None of it was good enough.
So we built PetDash Delivery.
We are a team of pet lovers, logistics professionals, and animal welfare advocates who believe that the transport industry has been underserving pet owners for too long. We built PetDash from scratch around one non-negotiable standard: every pet deserves the same level of care on the road that they get at home.
